This class will allow dancers the opportunity to focus on the strength of their own dancing before involving a partner. With time you will notice increased balance, range of motion and improvement in overall muscle strength. Ballet offers lengthened posture/alignment, balance, and coordination, allowing for more dynamic and expressive movement. Class will include basic stretching, barre warm up, center/across the floor combinations, and a cool down.
**Previous dance experience and ballet shoes are recommended, but socks with grips on the bottom will also work.
