Get ready to ‘Sweat it Out’ 80’s workout style with our resident ‘Ballet for Ballroom’ instructor April Sirokie and your fellow Strut peeps! Bust out your neon colors, sweatbands, best legwarmers, and leotards if you dare! We will be bringing the term “Strutercising” to life with some dance aerobics, ballet barre, and range of motion (stretching) exercises using movements that are simple, effective & safe for all! The goal is to make you feel strong and confident in yourself!
